perfect location big studio friendly staff

The location is perfect. The subway is just around the corner, and there are many great places to eat and drink nearby. studios are big and tastefully decorated. it felt good to retreat after a hectic day in the city. everything i needed was available.

one night, the heater did not work. the man at the front desk said maybe they could come to fix it tomorrow. temperatures were below freezing outside, and i found that unacceptable.

the staff answered fast and were very nice all time. their quick responses ensured a smooth experience. they tried to solve all questions i had , very appreciated.

fulton street station is around the corner from one of perfect locations in lower manhattan. the hotel is a moment away from wall street, the world trade centre and broadway. subway connections are great.

my studio was very spacious for two people. i found the bed super comfortable. the bright bathroom included lots of mirrors and electric sockets. the room had great lighting also.

the hotel is directly opposite leon's bagel, a popular bagel spot. it is two minutes away from joe's pizza, another popular food spot. i appreciated having these options so close.

spacious studio nearby restaurant subway access noisy ac unit unfriendly doorman delayed fix

my studio was big i found it quite spacious. it had everything i needed. it was so convenient i could just walk to the subway and nearby restaurants.

the ac unit made loud noise, it was annoying. i had to keep asking for it to be fixed it took three days for anyone to even look at it. the doorman was not very friendly either.

excellent stay

spacious room comfortable bed speedy wifi

i found the king studio sofa bed spacious. the king bed was comfortable. quick bites are available just steps away and the subway is nearby. wifi was fast i had no issues when working.

i found the heating did not work at all. this happened in the middle of winter. i had no access to wait in the lounge when waiting for check in. this made it uncomfortable since i had no access to toilets for two and a half hours.

the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the business center offers computers and printers. guests have access to a laundry room with several washers and dryers.
